Waste Water Treatment (Brick)
Waste Water Brick (HF) is a slow dissolving, bacterial laden solid for use in degrading organic waste in higher flow systems such as lift stations, wet wells, etc. The bacteria are present in high numbers to reduce odour, sludge, fats, oils and grease buildup and to handle difficult organic problems. The unique brick will gradually dissolve over a 30 - 90 day period which allows for continuous treatment and degradation of waste.
Characteristics:
- Bacteria Type: Bacillus blend
- Total Bacterial Count: 4 Billion cfu’s/gram
- Form: Block
- Appearance: Red Solid
- Odour: Mild-earthy
- Effective PH. Range: 5.0 – 9.5
- Effective Temperature Range: 7 – 48°C
- Shelf Life: 24 Months
Applications:
- Waste water plants
- Oxidation ditches
- Holding tanks
- Lift stations
- Reactors & contactors
- Active sludge
- Waste pumps Lagoons
Benefits:
- Enhances BOD/COD removal
- Breaks down fat & grease build-up
- Reduces hydrogen sulfide
- Eliminates bad odours at their source
- Reduces sludge build up
- Changes biomass dynamics
- Degrades a wide range of complex organics Increases system efficiency
