Opened products are excluded from the returns policies and will not be accepted under any circumstances

 TYPES OF RETURNS

  • CANCELLATIONS

An order may be cancelled if it has not been dispatched. All cancelled orders will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy.

  • DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Goods can be returned to Biochem Trading as a result of defect,  subject to the following conditions:

  • Defective product returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of products.
  • Defective product returns will be collected by Biochem Trading at our expense if returned within the first 30 days of receipt.
  • Upon receipt of goods Biochem Trading, or its Supplier will inspect the product in order to verify the product as defective. Such inspection shall be considered final and will not be subject to review.
  • The following will NOT be regarded as defects:
    • faults resulting wear and tear on the User’s behalf
    • damage arising from incorrect usage
    • if product is empty/has been used
    • damage arising from inadequate storage
  • Biochem Trading reserves the right to replace or refund any goods returned and verified as defective
  • Any repair or replacement will be effected within 10 days of receipt of the damaged goods.
  • FULFILLMENT ERROR

Goods can be returned to Biochem Trading as a result of fulfilment errors subject to the following conditions:

  • Fulfillment returns are any returns whereby goods are returned to Biochem trading due to :
    • Goods delivered damaged
    • Incorrect Goods delivered
    • Goods delivered with Missing items or parts
  • Any Fulfillment Errors must be reported to Biochem Trading within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Damaged or incorrect goods delivered will be collected at Biochem tradings expense and replaced at Biochem Trading’s expense or refunded if replacement goods are not available (as an example if goods are out of stock)
  • Missing goods will be replaced at Biochem Trading’s s expense or refunded if replacement goods are not available (as an example if goods are out of stock)

 PREPARING YOUR PRODUCTS FOR RETURN

  • package your products carefully and ensure they are up-right
  • ensure the goods are in a protective covering such as a brown box that will protect the product and packaging during transit. 

REFUNDS

GENERAL:

  • Biochem Trading may charge 15% administration fee, depending on case.
  • If Return Goods do not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Biochem Trading for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
  • No goods may be returned by the User without prior approval and arrangement with Biochem Trading. This can be done through the customer care team on sales@biochemproducts.co.za
  • Delivery address will also be the collection address.
  • Returns on promo items will be calculated pro-rata.
